Hi! I'm Brianne, a proud military wife, mom and resident of Jacksonville, FL. My family & I started Queen B's Yard Cards LLC, a yard greeting service, as a way to add a little sunshine to our amazing communities and it has been so wonderful connecting with so many of our neighbors.

Because We Care

At Queen B's Yard Cards LLC, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our online store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of our policies. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us today!

  • PAYMENT. Payment is due at time of Yard Card installation.

  • CANCELLATION. In the event you need to cancel your order, please do so 24-48 hours prior to Yard Card installation. If cancellation is less than 24-48 hours of Yard Card installation, you will be charged $100 for a restocking fee.

  • WEATHER. Severe weather, such as lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our display in harm's way, may prevent delivery and setup of your display. 

  • REFUNDS. Refunds will not be provided. All sales are final.

  • SAFETY. DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display.

  • ERRORS. When submitting an order, double-check the spelling and address information to ensure we receive the correct details. We are not responsible for errors occurring on order submissions.

  • DISCRETION. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason, including political controversy and lewdness.

We're here to serve you

Pricing includes your personalized greeting, delivery, set up, and pick up. 

Your greeting will be delivered the day prior to your event/celebration and will be picked up the day following your event/celebration.

  • RUSH ORDERS. 48 hours notice is preferred, however, we may be able to accommodate rush orders, depending on inventory and schedule availability.

  • LAWN SERVICE. We recommend scheduling your lawn care services a couple of days prior to the delivery of your display.

  • ACCESS. If the destination address is within a gated community, please provide instructions for access.

  • NOTICE. For gift greetings, sent to someone else’s home, remember to alert the homeowner that they will be receiving a yard greeting within 24 hours so they can make arrangements, such as securing pets and turning off sprinklers.

    • We prefer to have 48 hours notice. However, we may be able to accommodate rush orders, depending on inventory and schedule availability.​

    • We are currently serving Jacksonville, FL and the surrounding communities.​

  • What is included in the purchase price?

    • Your order includes delivery, set up and teardown of your greeting. Rush and travel options are available for an additional purchase.​

  • Can I place a special order?

    • We may be able to accommodate special orders. Please contact us directly and allow for extra time.​
